Shipping Information for Made-to-Order Dresses

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time

Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Wedding Party & Special Occasion Dresses,Wraps

It will take 15-18 working days to tailor your dresses and wraps by our professional dressmakers. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
For Wedding Party & Special Occasion Dresses and Wraps orders, after your order is comfirmed, you will recieve your parcel in 18-23 working days.

Wedding Dresses

It will take 20-24 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
For Wedding Dresses orders, after your order is comfirmed, you will recieve your parcel in 23-29 working days.
